1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MENS-MK website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and wholesale buyers.

2. Wholesale Account Eligibility

To place wholesale orders with MENS-MK, you must:

• Be a registered business entity with valid trade documentation
• Provide accurate business information including company name, registration number, and contact details
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where wholesale trade is restricted

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Written confirmation from our sales team (via email or WhatsApp)
• Receipt of payment or agreed payment arrangement
• Issuance of a proforma invoice

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless a credit arrangement has been formally agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer (SWIFT/ACH), Western Union, and MoneyGram. Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. MENS-MK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms (EXW, FCA, DDP, or DAP).

6. Returns & Claims

Due to the bulk nature of our business:

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted
• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion
• Minor color variations between lots are normal and do not constitute a defect

7. Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, minor variations in color, fabric weight, or finish may occur between production batches. Mixed lots contain assorted sizes, colors, and styles as described in the lot manifest. Specific SKU requests cannot be guaranteed in mixed lot orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MENS-MK website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product images are for reference purposes and may differ slightly from actual goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

MENS-MK's maximum liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
