Express Air

Standard Freight

Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
EXW (Ex Works): Goods are made available at our warehouse. Buyer arranges pickup and all shipping costs.
FCA (Free Carrier): We deliver to the carrier nominated by the buyer at our facility. Shipping costs from that point are buyer's responsibility.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all logistics including duties and customs clearance. Goods arrive at your doorstep with no additional charges. Available for select regions.
DAP (Delivered at Place): We deliver to your location, but import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging & Insurance
All orders are professionally packed in reinforced cartons with moisture-proof wrapping to ensure garments arrive in pristine condition.
Every shipment is automatically insured up to the full invoice value at no additional cost. In the rare event of transit damage, we process claims within 48 hours.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Real-time tracking is available through our logistics partners' portals.
